Had my vehicle's transmission repaired here through a Carsheild policy. This being my first claim, I was ignorant of the difficulty both myself and the repair facility would have in dealing with Carsheild. The service writer and mechanics did a great job, even after having to deal with a faulty transmission initially sent by Carsheild, then having to initiate the process of receiving a working transmission all over again. Would have given 5 stars if communication and updates on the process were better. I felt as though I had to be an irritating A-hole customer to get information.
Well where do I start. Not only was deals made that wasn’t what was agreed upon but the shadiness that was done to fraudulently get something done that makes a nice profit for the dealer but the basically I got bent over with a cactus and made to like it. If need a veihl i would recommend the neighborhood crackhead, at least you know what you are getting.

We bought another Jeep recently from a different dealership and are now trying to make contact with the finance manager Daniel Daigneault with Superoir Jeep to get our gap insurance money reimbursement. Great comster service . Awsome service department. However I was very disappointed on the cost of my oil and fuel filter change had no idea that it went up that much. Last time it was around $125 $150 plus tax. This time was total sticker shock $671.91 I did ask them to help me out a little bit with cost I was not expecting a bill that high the service advisor was very kind to discount $50 off the total bill .it still wasn't cheap in the end it costs me half a weeks pay $621.91
We just bought a vehicle from Don Pugh and it was a very good experience it was so easy and fast they are very professional and respectful, I was able to test drive the vehicle with no pressure to buy. I have been a superior costumer for at least 20 years and I have always have had a good buying experience I wouldn’t go any place else ,they always take care of me for anything I need and make it really easy to service my vehicles when is time to do so.

Went over the numbers once with the sales manager and the deal was made. Now the owner of 2021 Ford F150, it was filled up with gas and detailed before I headed back to Fort Smith. Alan did such an amazing job. He helped my husband find exactly what I needed and had everything ready when we got there to make it as quick and simple as possible. He even came out of his way to meet us after we left because he wanted to make sure we left with a full tank of gas. He and the whole crew were extremely nice and helpful. I went in looking to buy a new truck for work without having any idea of what I wanted, but one of their salesman named Alan made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and helped me find a truck I needed for work. I looked everywhere from San Diego to North Carolina and couldn't find a deal better than what Mr. Richard Hays at superior got me. Service Manager Ty and others went above and beyond when I experienced a big issue (manufacturer problem) with my new Grand Cherokee L that could have taken 3-4 weeks to resolve based on part availability, but he made it right and got my Jeep back to me within 24 hours and so far so good. Even called to check on me today to ensure all was still going well. Joe, Hillary and Craig and others made my customer personal experience feel wonderful!
They say their prices are the lowest around, which is true if looking at what they post on the internet, but once you get there they add around $2,000 to the price. We Went to look at a 30,9xx priced car and when I got there the real price was around 32,xxx. The manager gives you the run around and won’t answer direct questions. They also want to charge an additional 2,000 if you don’t finance through them. They seemed very shady and sneaky in my opinion.
Had service done here. A little delayed on updates but took care of my car!!

Called all over the state of Arkansas and even visited many jeep dealerships. Had relatively the same offer for my truck and the same price on the jeep I was wanting to buy it every dealership. Except for superior! They offered me the lowest money for my trade-in and they were $8000 higher on their vehicle. First time experience with the service department and not impressed. I would give them a ‘mediocre’ at best. Superior Dodge will not be my first choice for maintenance or repairs.
Aaron was amazing to work with through sales. Easily the best experience I’ve had going into a dealership and buying a car. Typically I dread the experience and have been putting off buying a car due to past experiences with other dealerships. Absolutely will be coming back when it’s time to get something new or when my kids get their first cars!

Very good buying experience, treated very well also. Lane did not act like a salesman, more as a guide to work through the process. I went with one truck in mind then changed my mind at least three times. Lane was patient and understanding with no high pressure tactics. I got a really great deal on a great truck.
